All shipments are by courier

As required by the laws governing trade, all SCARPELOVE.IT shipments are accompanied by an invoice or official receipt declaring the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Date of shipment

Orders are shipped by SCARPELOVE.IT from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

AVAILABLE ITEMS: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING

Orders for items already available are shipped the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers. During the period of sales, promotions, events or national holidays, shipments may take longer. In all cases SCARPELOVE.IT reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events occur

Delivery of the order

The shipments are entrusted to the courier from Monday to Friday before 15:00. Orders received after this time are shipped the next working day (Mon-Fri). Delivery times vary depending on the destination from 1 to 3 working days.

If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense.

These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by SCARPELOVE.IT All Customers at the time of the order are obliged to accept all the contractual conditions set out. Customers accepting this contract undertake to accept the delivery of their package.

If for any reason the customer refuses to deliver the goods, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer, whatever the method requested.

Shipping insurance

Shipments made by SCARPELOVE.IT are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination (or at the Italian border in the case of foreign shipment) the insurance loses its validity.

In the case of missing or damaged packages, for the insurance to be valid, it is the customer's obligation to accept the shipment with RESERVE, mentioning the defects / deficiencies found on the documents. Otherwise the damages and losses will be borne by the customer who cannot be reimbursed.

The goods are insured free at the Italian border; beyond this geographical border the goods travel at the customer's own risk. If the customer accepts a shipment without reporting the specific reservations, the insurance will not be valid.

In the event that the customer requests a shipment with his own courier or is already in possession of an insurance policy, no amount or discount can be requested and deducted from the relative order; the goods will travel at the Customer's risk and peril.

Tracking of the shipment

All our shipments are traceable. At the time of shipment you will receive an email with tracking to view the progress of the package to its destination.
