Close what you need to return in the original packaging, making sure the package is properly sealed. Remove the previous shipping label and take care to affix the new one. Make sure that the product has never been used and that it does not come without the manufacturer's tags.

Our courier will comfortably go to your home to collect the package you want to return.

Reimbursement

As soon as the return is returned and checked at our warehouses, the refund will be made. Obviously, if you have requested an exchange, you will not receive a refund but the new item.

*Shipping costs are always at our expense if the item shipped has a manufacturing defect, or if you decide to change the number or item.

Otherwise, the following will be deducted from the total amount of the refund:

**N.B. you can make a return WITHIN AND NOT MORE THAN 14 days from the date of purchase. Inside the package it is necessary to insert the purchase receipt, otherwise it will not be possible to receive a refund.
