Right of withdrawal

ShoesLOVE communicates that items can be returned for size change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To make the return request, the customer must follow the procedure specified at the link specified ("Return" page) within 14 days of receipt of the goods; within 24 / 48h you will receive all the instructions and then we will book the collection by a courier.

Return shipments must be made exclusively through our courier DHL and following our instructions. Otherwise the shipment may be refused.

The customer, as specified on the "Return" page, can choose between:

1) Size change: it is possible to change for a different size of the same item, if available. The size change is free.

2) Refund:

Refunds are issued as soon as the return is received, verified and checked by the employees in the warehouse. The standard reimbursement is made net of the costs of collecting the goods, which provide for an amount of 10 euros. Except in cases where the customer has received a defective or different product from the one ordered.

The amounts are returned with the same payment method made by the customer within 5 days of receiving the return.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

- Returned products must not show any signs of use and must be returned in their original condition. They must not have been worn (except to be tried on), washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind, the safety stamp / label affixed to the soles and / or any other part of the shoes must not be removed, nor altered in color and shape.

- All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box.

- Should the customer receive defective or different goods from the one ordered, he is required to follow the same instructions above. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

- For sales made outside of Italy it is not possible to change size, but it is necessary to make a return and place a new order.
